As a United Way Social Service Agency, Greenville County Charter School, DSS Childcare Center and DHEC Rehab Facility, the Meyer Center is Upstate South Carolina’s only integrative education and therapy setting. The Center provides an array of comprehensive services, utilizing unique opportunities to maximize community resources.
First, as an integrative educational-therapeutic setting, the Meyer Center provides intensive services for preschoolers with disabilities to promote growth in all developmental areas. Second, as a social service agency, the Center provides support, advocacy information, and coordination of services for families. Third, through community partnerships, the Center effectively addresses some of the Upstate’s most urgent needs without duplication of services.
The Meyer Center is committed to working with ancillary social service agencies, colleges, high schools, civic organizations, businesses and individuals.
